After doing a full scan the program tells me that it couldn't remove all the problems as I don't have admin rights. I allow it to run on the next start up but nothing happens. How do I get this to work? Have tried to left click to get it open to run as admin but it won't open.

When you encounter such problems, remove the application completely and then perform a new installation with Administrator right. To be sure, run the application for the first time with administrative privileges (right click the desktop icon and select Run as Administrator) and everything should work fine. Alternatively, make sure that the user has Administrator rights. This could also be the problem.
Spybot Search and Destroy is an updated product that is available for all Windows versions. You can download and install the application in Windows Vista without worries.
Regarding Repair contact the support at its Home Page. For uninstallation I was able to easily uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs under the Control Panel :)
